As we approach the mid-way point of the season, below are a few key deadline dates for teams to be aware of:

December 13th - is the deadline to remove a team official from a roster.  After this date, all certifications and courses will be required. Please notify your Zone Registrar and Coaching Coordinator ASAP if you wish to remove a team official.

December 20, 2024 - Coach Certification Deadline - this deadline applies to all certifications required - coaching clinics, Respect in Sport, Checking Clinic, Coach Goaltender, Safety plus the deadline also applies to the Connect Sport mental health online course for coaches.  One registered team official per team (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, On-Ice Volunteer, Stick Person) from all SMHA teams in U13-U18 - all levels of play - must complete the online course by December 20th. 

January 8, 2025 - is the final day to add an affiliate player to a roster
