2026-2027 Assistant Coach / On-ice Volunteer Application

Start registration HERE.  Select Assistant Coach / On-Ice Volunteer form from the drop down menu. 

 Assistant coaches and on-ice volunteers registration open between September 1 and October 31. All coaches/volunteers are required to fill out the registration form.

** All assistant coaches and on-ice volunteers will be required to be pre-approved by the coaching coordinator, as well as be in good standing with the zone. 

 HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) Account Request Form

• Coaches new to minor hockey, missing HCR number, or running into account creation issues please complete the Request for HCR Account #: HERE
• HCR Number is required in order to complete the Coach/Volunteer registration.
